- Cancellations in writing received 48 hours before the tour's departure time will not incur any penalty. For cancellations received within 48 hours before departure time, no reimbursement will be granted. No refund will be granted for clients who lose contact with the guide or leave the tour early
- The tour will commence promptly. All participants must arrive on time, as we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Please be aware that refunds will not be possible in such instances
