What you'll do

Meet your chef and instructor directly at the pasta-making workshop along the Arno River, a short walk from the top sights in central Florence. Then roll up your sleeves and get to work creating three types of fresh pasta from scratch, following the tips and techniques shared during the class. Afterwards, feast on your tagliatelle, ravioli, and tortelli tossed in a classic tomato sauce and served during a sit-down meal together paired with Tuscan wines. End by taking away printed copies of each recipe as a souvenir so you can recreate each dish at home.

Our instructor, Maria, was absolutely amazing! Her expertise, warmth, and enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Florence!

This was an amazing experience. Our instructor Sarno was fantastic. He had a great sense of humour and was very patient with everyone in the group. We had 10 people in the group which was ideal as it meant it felt like an intimate experience and you got to hear from other tourists that had travelled worldwide. Making the pasta was very cool and it was delicious. At the end of the experience, you are given dessert and limoncella at no extra cost. Being given all the recipes to take away with you was an added bonus. Honestly perfect.

This was lots of fun, and we also learned how to make fresh pasta! We then had a nice dinner with the pasta we had just made, along with some local wine. Our instructor Asia was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this experience while you are in Florence!

We had a wonderful time at Pastamania! There were 2 couples at our session. Martha was the perfect teacher and host - fun and light hearted. My husband was initially hesitant but ended up enjoying it! To top it off, the meal was tasty. And we also enjoyed the wine they offered.

We loved this experience. This was one of the first things we did which we appreciated because it gave us a sense of the city and the culture and our wonderful guide/chef had so many great recommendations. Highly recommend !
