Cooking Class Pesto Sauce

What you'll do

Pesto alla genovese is the cornerstone of Ligurian cuisine, but it isn’t easy to see the aromatic sauce made using traditional techniques. With this cooking class, learn how to make authentic pesto with local basil and pine nuts ground in an old-school mortar and pestle. End your hands-on lesson by sampling your handiwork tossed with pasta and served with Liguria’s extra-virgin olive oil and Taggiasca olives.
