Itinerary
1
When we unveiled our exclusive tasting room, we embarked on an extensive nationwide quest to unveil the epitome of cheese and charcuterie. These culinary delights grace our signature boards, artfully paired with our exquisite wines. Regrettably, the legacy of cheesemaking during Hungary's Communist era withered, and mass-produced cheese prevailed. Today, an illustrious revival of both amateur and professional cheesemaking is underway, albeit on a diminutive scale. It is our utmost pride to directly source our cheeses from the realm of Hungary's finest artisan cheesemakers. Likewise, our cured meats are procured directly from dedicated farmers, encompassing succulent Mangalica pork sausages, free-range water buffalo salami, smoked duck breast, and luscious grey beef sausage. These meticulously curated selections of cheese and charcuterie effortlessly harmonise with our meticulously assembled wine collection that represents the plethora of styles originating from across the nation. Should you yearn for more enlightenment, our knowledgeable sommelier eagerly awaits to offer you unprecedented insight.
