What you'll do
This is a perfect combination! First, take a city tour and visit the most interesting places of Guayaquil. Then, enjoy an Ecuadorian culinary experience. Roundtrip transportation, local guide and a 3-course meal all included!
Itinerary
- 1We started touring the south of the city, mainly to the market of the "Caraguay" where we can see how the seafood is marketed in the biggest market of the city

After that, we will have breakfast one of the most emblematic dishes of the city, the "Encebollado" in the famous "Pez Azul", this dish is a typical soup made from Albacore, Yucca, Onion and many species that make it a gastronomic delight.

Then we will go into the city to know how the "Guayaquileño" really is! What neighborhoods we live in, what we work in, what our day-to-day lives are like.

At lunch time we will take you to our own Ecuadorian Author food and Vanguard Restaurant "Txerra". In this place we will have an explanation and tasting of the best of Ecuador in signature and avant-garde cuisine. You can try the best combinations and merges of our kitchen !
