Meeting Points
- We will pick you up at the Train Station if you are not staying within 30kms (20 miles) around Bordeaux at 9am
- Alternatively complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off have been included from your Hotel or Airbnb in Bordeaux or the surrounding area, a circle of 30 kms (20 miles) around Bordeaux
- Kindly inform us of your hotel's name and address once your booking has been confirmed
- Please ensure you are punctual and reach the meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time, as the tour will leave on time to ensure arrival at the winery on time

Important Information
- Under 18? You can't consume alcohol, but delightful non-alcoholic options are available
- The tour will commence promptly at 9 am. We kindly request that all participants arrive on time, as we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Please be aware that refunds will not be possible in such instances
- Tour is not available on Sundays in December, January & February
- Tasting fees can be included during the booking process
