Meeting Points
Reyes Catolicos Kalea, 2, Donostia/San Sebastian, Euskadi 20006 behind the Good Shepherd Cathedral (‘La Catedral del Buen Pastor’ in Spanish), head to the back of the building where there's a pedestrian area with a few white benches.
Please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to your start time of 12pm or 6.30pm.

Jack was a wonderful guide. Provided terrific background on pintxos, took us to some amazing places and shared his enthusiasm for the city. We shared our experience with another great couple that allowed for some really nice conversations. Each place we went we were served quickly and it seemed very well organized. We appreciated the follow up email from Jack with the places that we went and additional suggestions on things to do and places to eat.

A great way to get to learn about San Sebastián and the food and drink culture of the area. Our guide Erich was passionate about food and drink and very well qualified to take to you to 5 different places each a little different. We typically sampled food (pintxos) and drink at each spot so you won’t need dinner afterwards! We also got given some great recommendations during and after the tour so I would recommend doing the tour early on in your trip. Our tour had six people on it in total and it was a nice size group.

This was a fabulous experience! Starting by Carlo our guide he was early to the meeting spot, he was very knowledgeable and explain to us not only about the food we had pinxtos in 5 different restaurants different wines and the best dessert I have had! I call it the best bread pudding ever! By the end of the tour Carlo was family!

Begonia was an incredible host and really knew the food, the wine, the history and the regions. She was a very good conversationalist and the 3 hours went by very quickly. The food provided in the tour was amazing and we will definitely be sharing our experience with others. Thank you!

Excellent pintxos tour in San Sebastián. Alin is passionate about her city and her enthusiasm is infectious. A great variety of pintxos’ and wine on the tour and some great lively restaurants. Would definitely recommend this tour as an intro to San Sebastián. P.S. come hungry! There’s a lot of food!

This was one of the best tours we’ve done. Mai was an amazing tour guide!
She was attentive and explained in detail all the food and wines. Aside from the food she also gave us insight on Basque culture and history. She has such a warm personality and we felt like we were going out with a friend. Highly recommend this tour!!

We had an excellent food tour with Begonia while also learning about San Sebastián. Come hungry as you will be having many excellent pintxos from many different local places including some of highest ranked pintxos on San Sebastian pinxtos app. The tour concludes with delicious cheesecake. Begonia is a native San Sebastián and is very personable and provides a very good tour with excellent English language skills. I would highy recommend.
