Had a great time with the tour. We booked the semi-independent tour and we loved it. We liked that we had the freedom to go around the 3 cities and then meet with the rest of the group at our designated meet up time and place. It was very organized. Our guides, Roberto and Kaya (along with our driver Massimo) took care of the entire group. Roberto was really approachable and nice, making the tour really fun and enjoyable. Highly recommended! Overall it was a good tour for a reasonable price.

We really enjoyed our day exploring the Tuscan countryside and incredible towns. The guides Roberto and Gaia were great and super helpful. This trip is fantastic if you only have a short time in Florence like we did, you get to see all the highlights as well as the wine tasting. Would recommend to others.

A great tour to see some of the older areas of Tuscany. Such a lot of history and we were blessed with a great tour guide with an abundance of knowledge. The winery and tasting was also very good. Long day but highly recommend. Don - Australia

This was our first tour with the company and we absolutely loved it. Our tour guides were Gabrielle and Sara and our driver was Mario. They provided interesting information, kept us on time and had the whole bus laughing from start to finish. We enjoyed each stop for its own reasons and it made for a memorable day. We will certainly be back and will definitely book with CiaoFlorence.

The full day trip was wonderful. The best part was the wine tasting at the vineyard! Our tour operators were excellent. They were informative, funny and very kind. Easily answered any questions we had and gave plenty of time for all the sites.
