You’ll meet your talented local chef in the middle of the city at 9 AM before touring Mercato Centrale, Florence’s lively central food market. You’ll find out about Tuscan food heritage and select the finest ingredients before taking a short walk to the venue and learning how to prepare classic Tuscan dishes. Finish off the experience by savouring your meal with a glass of Chianti wine and receiving a recipe booklet to take home with you.

- Mercato Centrale is closed on Sundays and public holidays. On these days, the programme will include a special introduction to Tuscan cooking and additional local product tastings.

Wonderful long cooking class in which we made ragout, pasta, ravioli and tiramisu. Met great people and the instructor made it tons of fun! Highly recommend. But not really for kids because this is a long class and the kids got restless.

We had fun as a family learning how to cook the Italian way. We loved touring the market and learning about olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

Jon and Thoma were outstanding!!! The classroom and kitchen facilities were very professional, but still had the personality of an intimate family. We had so much fun and would come back again. Just a fantastic experience!!

This class, led by Frederico H was incredible. We learned so much about Italian cuisine, had a ton of fun! The food and wine were delicious. Will definitely recommend this class in the future!

If I could give this experience 10 stars, I would. Our family had the most amazing time, one of the best travel experiences ever. Our instructor chefs Victoria and Alessandro were fabulous! This is a must do while in Florence, and can’t wait to do the pizza and gelato experience next!

The instructors were wonderful and the food was delicious! My husband really enjoyed it! It was a relaxing, fun, and informative experience! My husband said he enjoyed the class so much he would do it again! A great afternoon for couples!
