Introduction by winery staff at the welcome centre. Guests will be briefed about the upcoming activities and given a short overview of the historic property

Guests will learn about the winemaking process, the vineyards, and the history of the estate. They will also be introduced to wine-tasting techniques

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Wine tasting and appetisers:

Guests will sample a variety of wines, starting with more common ones and gradually moving on to prestigious ones. Appetisers will include a selection of salami, cheeses, bruschetta, and snacks
