What you'll do
In the morning, you will arrive at Cala, a restaurant that has a privileged view as it is located right next to the sea. Here, participate in a preparation class of the delicious Tiradito and the famous Pisco Sour. At the end of the class, lunch is served on the terrace of Cala, from where you will have a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean while enjoying a typical Peruvian dish of your choice.
Highlights
Be part of a cooking class in a special place: a restaurant by the sea, with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean.
The "Causa". This dish is made from mashed and seasoned potato, creating two tiers that are filled with chicken, tuna, crab, vegetables, or another ingredient of your choice.
Then learn to prepare our flag drink: pisco sour - a sweet mixture of lemon, egg, sugar and pisco.
Continue with the toast in front of the sea, while you wait for lunch consisting of a traditional Peruvian dish.
Lima is one of the few capitals in the world to have direct access to the sea.
