Pick up and drop off at your hotel is not included as we meet at a fixed location We meet outside of Queensway Underground Station at 10 am , 12 pm, 2pm, and 4 pm.

We would like to bring to your attention that admission to the palace itself is not incorporated in the price of this tour. These can be purchased for an additional £25.40 for adults or £12.70 for children. We are happy to help you organise this if required.

The meeting point is Queensway Tube Station at 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, or 4 pm.

We meet outside of Queensway Underground Station. Please wait outside the station at the entrance (not the exit) next to the red phone box and red post box. The entrance is around the corner from the exit. Please do not go to the Palace, we only meet at Queensway Station.

Kindly ensure you are punctual and reach the meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time.

• No matter what the weather, our tour runs rain or shine

• The experience includes food, drinks, and wine tastings as outlined in the itinerary. Additional orders placed during the experience must be paid for by the individual who orders them. If unsure, the tour guide will be happy to assist

• The English weather is a puzzle that can leave you cold, wet, or sun-kissed on different days. Bring an umbrella, sunscreen or a warm coat - it's like a game of weather roulette, and you need to be prepared to win!

• Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended as there is some walking involved during your tour

• If you're under the age of 18, unfortunately, you cannot consume alcohol. However, there are plenty of delicious non-alcoholic options available 

• Your tour will be conducted in English

• The tour lasts 2 hours starting at 10 am, 12 pm , 2 pm or 4 pm
