Enjoy a tutored wine-tasting session of four distinct varieties and an introduction to the olive oil production process, along with a three-course ‘Peka’ lunch.

The ‘Peka’ is slow cooked food, prepared traditionally in an open fire place. It consists of a blend of vegetables and meat or octopus, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with herbs and then slowly baked to perfection under a bell-like dome by the hot coals and embers which are placed over the lid.

No trip to Konavle would be complete without a sampling of the region's world-renowned grapa, liquor, and of course, the famous local delicacy "Arancini". You will also have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the olive oil production process and enjoy an unforgettable tasting of some of the finest olive oils.

As the tour comes to a close, depart Konavle with a newfound appreciation for the region's rich culture, history, and incredibly diverse flavours of its wine and cuisine.
