What you'll do
In this experience you will be accompanied by the farmer in the field knowledge of the different vine cultivation systems and the implications with climate change: you will understand why it is so important to cultivate the land with respect for biodiversity, and why cultivate the terraces supported by the traditional stone walls stone is the right and most sustainable thing for the environment. You will visit the places where the vinification takes place and the cellar with the Bottaia where the wine sleeps until its moment comes. After the visit, we will taste 4 wines from Valpolicella to Amarone, combined with a generous accompaniment of gourmet food, well paired with the wines, to better understand the aromas of wines, and a croutons of long-leavened artisan bread with our extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the tasting we will offer guests our "Biscotto Pocià" with Amarone, an homemade almond biscuits soaked in the richest wine we have in the bottle. An unusual but delicious dessert that enhances the quality of our wine.
