Our tour takes you on a journey through time, starting with a glimpse into the life of a commoner in the 10th century, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the spirit of the past. From there, we marvel at the daily life of a medieval citizen, exploring its intricacies.Finally, we indulge in the noblemen's plate, the city's oldest and most beloved traditional recipe - the Zelena Menestra, or green stew - hailing from the Konavle region. This classic, documented in writings since 1480, comprises meat, potatoes, and cabbage, rendering it a filling and delicious dish.

At each location that we visit, you will have the opportunity to savor a dish and a matching wine, the perfect accompaniment to the unique narrative of each locale. Our three-hour tour combines the story of food with the most intriguing tales of our city, presenting you with a curated exploration of Dubrovnik.
