Itinerary
- 1Meet your guide and the other participants at the event in Piazza della Minerva, one of the most famous Baroque squares in Rome, home to Bernini's masterpiece "l’’Elefantino".
- 2Enjoy a short walk around the Ciambella arch to prepare for the visit to the places where dinner will take place. You have the unique opportunity to dine in the last room of the thermal complex located underground, in the spacious cellar of the restaurant.Your tasting dinner will include four courses from appetizer, fried seasonal specialties, pasta, meat with vegetables, and dessert selection.
- 3All dishes paired with fine Italian wines.Most importantly, indeed, behind each recipe there is a world of history and traditions. That is why this dinner is much more than a tasting meal, but the best way to get in touch with culinary local traditions back to the Roman Empire.Your Guide will lead you all along the tasting giving you tips and history of the recipes.
