After a train and ferry ride, you’ll enjoy a private cooking class on the banks of Lake Como with your own personal chef. Create a 2-course lunch that features handmade pasta, and learn about the history of the recipes. The best bite? You eat what you make before you return to Milan. The day also includes a walking tour around Como town. Start your day in Milan with your Guide at disposal full day. You will get the train to Como and the ferry will take you to enjoy your Cooking class in Blevio. Start your class by discussing the daily menu in front of a drink and snacks. Then start cooking recipes from all over Italian regions. You will only use fresh and easy to find ingredients. As a main course you might prepare homemade pasta or risotto. The cherry on top is the dessert. After two and half hours of teamwork, when everything is cooked, let's enjoy lunch all together with good Italian wine. Your cooking teacher will introduce every dish, telling the origin and history of the different recipes and the wine's choice.
