- To fully immerse in the art of mozzarella production, it is imperative to schedule the visit in the morning. In these early hours, the meticulous process of transforming milk into velvet delight unfolds. Therefore, the arrival at the farm should transpire no later than 12pm, allowing ample time to witness this captivating transformation.
