What you'll do

Our crash pasta course is a lesson that summarize the whole tradition of Italian pasta masters in an hour. Far from simple cooking lessons, but a source of creative ideas: an immersion in the best Italian food and wine. You will learn how to do the authentic Italian fresh pasta from scratch. Come back home with a wonderful memories, a personal experience made of food, wine, anecdotes and laughs. During the all process you will be help by a passionate and patient professional private chef. No matter what your level of skill in the kitchen. The best crash pasta course takes place at PummaRe restaurant, our creative lab. You will be greeted by our bartender with a welcome drink (prosecco or Spritz light cocktail). After this brief culinary warm up, you and the Chef will prepare some of the great classics of Italian pasta cuts: Fettuccine, Maltagliati (badly cuts), Tagliatelle, Pappardelle and many more... Each participant has a single station to work from, with a wood board, apron, and a rolling pin. The pasta will be seasoned with the best Roman sauce and combined with the taste that emerged from our funny food questionnaire. Passing from the classic tomato and basil, to a tasty carbonara. Bruschetta cook in a wood oven and dessert are included in the menu. Once your hands-on experience is finished, sit down in our cozy restaurant or the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Join our social table, sip wine with people from all around the world and take the opportunity to ask your Chef all the tips and tricks about Italian food and the best spot to be in Rome.
