What you'll do
Live a gastronomic experience without equal, Ecuador is the country of flavors, our gastronomy is ancestral, we have native products that are part of our identity, of these we can highlight, peanuts, green, shellfish, among others. What are you waiting for!! immerse yourself in a culinary adventure that will leave you wanting more.
Itinerary
- 1Pick up 10H00 AM, we start the tour picking up the pax at the hotel, we will visit the markets one of the most important municipal markets in Guayaquil such as the Sauces 9 market where we will make the necessary purchases and then take them to our kitchen in our chef's house.
- 2What we will do is buy our raw material to be able to prepare our dishes and after that we will do the tasting of these dishes to prepare. Our menu will be four typical dishes from Ecuador such as:
- 3Shrimp ceviche.
- 4Fish corviche
- 5Yapingacho
- 6Dry chicken
- 7These dishes will be explained and prepared by our Chef in the same way you can help him in the process of cooking the products.
- 8Once the preparation is finished, we will proceed to the tasting of these delicious traditional Ecuadorian dishes.
- 9End of the Service and return to the hotel of the pax
