Cooking Classes In Rome

What you'll do

Are you a beginner and want to learn how to prepare some famous Italian dishes? Become an Italian for a day as you learn how to cook a classic Italian meal, roll up your sleeves and start to prepare the first Roman cuisine. We offer cooking classes in a professionally set kitchen. The courses offered follow the seasonal and typical local ingredients and food specialties. The cooking classes are held in a modern environment where each participant has a working area to prepare several dishes under the guidance of a professional English speaking chef and with final tasting of what has been prepared. The day will start with your pick up at the hotel or wherever you are housing. A pleasant drive tour along the famous Queen of the Roads “Ancient Appian way”, a stop at Roman Aqueducts and a few more spots, it will procede the arrival at the “Casale” where the chef is waiting for you in a wonderful park of over two acres on the way to the Hills of Castelli Romani.
