- 51st Winery - Montsanto: Now transformed into a renowned winery in the Chianti wine region, the tour includes remnants of the old castle along with its vineyards and underground wine cellars. At the end of your guided tour, there will be a tasting of 4 exceptional wines.
- 62nd Winery - Volpaia: Within the walls of a mediaeval fortified village, your 2nd castle-winery visit dates back to the 11th century. Enjoy a wine-tasting session in the comfort of a dedicated wine room as well as an extravagant gourmet lunch.
- 73rd Winery - Ama: Not only is the last stop an intriguing piece of local history but Ama Castle has also played a significant role in the modern revival of Chianti Classico wines. Tour the Estate, its vinification plant and ageing cellars before concluding with a private tasting session.
- 8Lunch: While visiting Volpaia there will be a break in the itinerary to indulge in a gourmet lunch deemed "fit for a king", while showcasing the very best in locally sourced produce.
- 9Drop-off: Following a day filled with historical castles and fine wine, your transport shall return you to the comfort of your accommodation in Florence.
