My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I had the most educational, delicious and delightful experience at Paroles de Fromagers, Paris for wine and cheese pairing. Guillame was our Cheese Monger who shared his vast knowledge of cheese and wines, was entertaining and friendly as well. The 17th century cellar enhanced the whole experience with its old stone seasoned walls surrounding you. Invest your time in a class! You will not regret it, and neither will your palette. Thank you, Guillame!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris! Agathe was simply adorable -- she was SO knowledgeable and passionate. Her anecdotes were perfect, and you could tell that she loved her culture (and her job). We learned so much about wine and cheese. So happy we did it!

What a wonderful cheese and wine tasting! Agathe is extremely knowledgeable and highly entertaining. We had a group of 13 people and this experience was definitely the highlight of our trip. We couldn't stop talking about how much we enjoyed it and how much we learned. I highly recommend booking this experience and would do it again.

This was a *transformational* experience (especially the blue cheese and Syrah combo)! The staff were friendly, charming, and knowledgeable and we learned a great deal about wine and cheese (see title). We highly recommend this experience to foodies or anyone looking to enjoy wine and cheese in a new way.

Instructor very informative, she did a great job of tying everyone in together. For wine alternative she supplied wonderful apple juice. My teen was very engaged and later said that she finally understood what people meant when they describe different flavors. Also, as per my internet search we could bring cheese back. So we bought some and they vacuum packed it. I would consider doing this more on the beginning of the trip so that when you eat or drink in Paris you have a little more knowledge.

We spent a delightful 2 hours with Agathe learning about the types of cheeses, how to taste wine, and finally how to taste wine and cheese together. Agathe was an amazing teacher, full of enthusiasm, and very easy to listen to. I highly recommend this as a great activity in Paris to break up museum hopping. It was engaging and my daughter and I both learned a lot! Highly recommend and thank you for doing such an excellent job, Agathe!
