I loved learning to make pizza and Gelato. Also learned really good tips on how to spot good true Gelato. I put eggplant on my pizza for the first time and had truffle olive oil so this was overall an amazing cooking class. The instructor (David, I think bad with names) was kind enough to give me recipes for pasta since every other cooking class kept turning me down. Thanks for making Florence fun.

My tour was changed by the operator and a lesser class was offered at the last minute and no partial refund was given even though I paid for a cooking class that was $262.00 and they changed it to a class that others in the changed class spent almost half that amount. I would not recommend this operator, luckily the class was fun and the chef was delightful.
