What you'll do
Together with our professional sommelier you will discover the secrets of Italian sparkling wines famous all over the world. How does a Prosecco differ from a Trentodoc or a Franciacorta? What makes a sparkling wine even more precious? What kind of pairing with food can enhance its pleasure? We taste and discuss together and the sommelier tells us a little about the Italian wine culture and the different production regions. The two hours fly by and in the end we have acquired a bit of (Italian) wine culture...
