What you'll do
Make your way to the cookery school in central Lisbon, and greet your small group and professional chef. Wash your hands, don your apron and find out what’s on the menu. During this hands-on experience, prepare a 3-course meal including a fish dish, meat dish, and dessert. Under the guidance of your chef, learn basic techniques and prepare ingredients integral to Portuguese cuisine.
