The river trekking experience lasts approximately 2 hours dependent on the experience of the participants, the guide speaks fluent English, while the Borgo Moms do not speak English but can only provide general information, in basic English, about the food prepared It will be necessary to bring a T-shirt, long pants and socks for the River Trekking to take place.

Children must have a minimum height of 1.50 centimetres for the River Trekking to take place

The cooking class commences at 11 a.m., while lunch starts at 12:30 p.m.

Evening cooking class begins at 6:30 p.m. in summer months only, dinner begins from 7 p.m. onward.
