We had a very special treat of being the only people in the class so it was wonderful. David and Caterine were personable, fun to be with - had a great visit to bakeries, a coffee shop, the market - where we met locals. Then back to the class were we were very hands-on in making pesto and pasta! Excellent fun time - would highly recommend

Wonderful experience, chef Catarina was very knowledgeable and taught us how to make some incredible Italian dishes in addition to providing lots of detail about the region's cuisine, history, and local shops. Truly an incredible way to experience and learn Tuscan cuisine.

The whole day was fantastic starting with the olive oil tasting, going to the market to pick out fresh tomatoes and melon, making pasta (2 different ones), pesto, fresh tomato sauce, eggplant Parmesan, tiramisu, and biscotti. We were then served all our courses with a wonderful bottle of Chianti , by our master chef! It was delicious!

Great morning shop and cook. Instructor great presenter. Walking tour included related to buying the fresh ingredients and flavorings for the lunch. Broke up tasks among participants. Menu tasty, walked away with useful information and skills. Nice way to experience the heart of Florence - the food.
